Emiliano Torres
A two time Grammy nominated trumpet player/arranger Emiliano Torres was born in Buenos Aires and raised in Miami. Having been a member of award winning Locos por Juana from 2003-2009 and at the same time touring the world with salsa legends Sonora Carruseles Emiliano has shared the stage with many luminaries including Prince, Wyclef Jean and Draco Rosa to name a few. At the tender age of 33 and having musical ability to dominate different styles of music has helped him to become one of the most sought after trumpet players today.
Since May 2013 he has become a permanent member of Ricky Martin’s band and already has toured Australia, Puerto Rico and Morocco. Emiliano is getting ready to begin Martin’s One World Tour at the end of Sept 2014 that will start in Mexico through South America. When not touring with Martin Emiliano has his own project, Xperimento, in which they have toured the Middle East and Asia as part of the Navy USO tours.
