We are pumped to highlight custom ear monitor user, artist, and longtime friend of Alclair, Jeremy Passion. Jeremy is a singer/songwriter born and raised in San Francisco, CA. Known for being one of the pioneers of the acoustic R&B movement online, Passion has spent the last 15 years traveling and singing in over 35 countries with artists like Colbie Caillat, Kirk Franklin, Tori Kelly, Bobby Valentino, Jo Koy, Ernie Halter, Alain Clark, and Goapele, among others. Jeremy has also released a number of videos and albums throughout his career.
We got a chance to ask Jeremy about his experience with Alclair ear monitors and what’s kept him around for so long.

When we asked Jeremy about what model of ear monitor he uses and what he loves about them. He said, “I own the Studio 3’s and the Reference Triple Drivers. The Studio 3’s are great for when I’m singing and playing my acoustic guitar live with a band. The soundscape is big and the quality is crisp and clear on all levels. The Reference Triple Drivers are the set I usually use when I’m playing keys for church. I love how I could hear everything even when there are multiple instruments playing on stage.”
It goes without saying that hearing is a supreme necessity in the music space. I’ve had my share of floor-monitor mishaps for the majority of my career as a singer and it’s important to be able to focus on the music and performance instead of worrying about how it sounds.
